An unusual combination of sweet and heat, Mikes Hot Honey is hand made chili-infused honey from Brooklyn, New York. A food pairing guide is available on their website, and its good on everything from pizza to salmon to (apparently) vanilla ice cream.
Since pizza is delicious with just about anything on it, Mikes Hot Honey has to be an excellent addition. They also recomend trying it on buttermilk biscuits, which would be amazing as well.
